For years, my friends and family members told me that I should open up my own restaurant. Although I loved to cook, I was a little hesitant about putting it all on the line to fulfill my personal dreams. However, after I had the opportunity to rent a little corner shop, I decided that it might be fun to open and manage my own place. I have to be honest: it was much harder than I expected.
